They are blackheads try steaming your face, using the body shop tea tree nose mask and clay mask are really good for these as well. Please remember that these are plugged pores and cuticles (yes we all have fine down on our nose) so you make get rid of them one day and two days later they reappear.

I typically wax my upper lip and then just pluck any odd strays. I use Zip Wax, which is the type that comes in a small metal jar that you heat in a pan of water on the stove, apply with a wood stick (looks like a skinny popsicle stick) let it cool (it hardens as it cools) then just lift the corner up and quickly pull the rest of it off with all the little hairs trapped in the hardened wax. With any type of wax, you want to apply it *with* the direction the hair goes, then pull your skin tight with finger while you remove the wax by quickly pulling it *away* from the direction it grows. Also, a bit of cool water and some aloe vera gel will help remove the sting afterwards.
