Welcome to the forums, Linda. I would recommend to let it analyze by your dermatologist. In addition you should pay attention in your nutrition, enough sleep (I know it's not easy) and maybe take exercises.

thanks a lot Angie, it is hard to find good dermatologist where i live. i visited one and he gave me prescriptions that did not do any good to my problem. in fact it made my body weak because the medicine made me sleepy.

With physicians in general it's the same here. I'm living in the country and it's hard to find good ones nearby. Perhaps you can find another or you can tell your dermatologist about the problems with the medicaments.

Talk to your GP and have them set up an appointment with a skin specialist, but I am pretty sure that if creams are not doing the work a doctor is going to have to remove them for you.
