Moles should only be removed by a Doctor, how long has she had this and has it changed shape or size. Please never attempt to remove these your self.
This is nothing that is going to change the color and really she should not play with chemicals on it.
The only way is to use a concealer that is made for problems as this, I recommend Cover-FX, but I know there are many others out there.
Make sure she See's her Dr and He can most likely remove it or send or to someone that can.

I agree, definitely see a doctor, especially if it's changed shape.

she should see a doctor at once!
also she should leave it uncovered from concealer, foundation until she see's the doctor.
if the doctor says the mole is unharmful, she should look into it getting it removed.
moles can be burned off, cut off or freezed off.

i hope your friend is okay and let us know how she goes at the doctors
