I've been dealing with acne for almost a year, on and off. I've tried everything and went to the dermatologist too. Nothing worked! My face was really really bad, it was so irriated. I just began using Murad's about two weeks ago. I will be honest, I do not have terrible acne, however I do break out on occasion. Regardless, I wanted a product that would keep things under control, so to speak. I am very excited with this product and have seen changes in my skin. I cannot wait to see more improvements in the future.

My advice to have a healthy skin for future... use the
following affirmation "I have a beautiful & a healthy skin"
& say it with faith before going to bed so that it sinks
in... & it is important is that it should resonate with you...
do it... & do not try any creams... trust it would work

Just to add a note here, positive reflection and thinking can make a major difference in one's life. There are many people who have conquered disease or death by thinking positive thoughts and reflecting on the good in there life instead of the worst. This can work for any part of your life you just have to believe in you and trust in your faith. I know because I lived.
