Default Razor Bumps

Does anybody know of a cream or a home remedy that I can use to get rid of those nasty bumps you get after shaving. It's driving me nuts, I hate them! Everything I've tried doesn't work, I need something that will heal them and maybe something I can do to keep from getting them would help too. Plus, on the left side of my left leg I have extremely rough & bumpy skin. Does anybody have this problem too? I've had it for years and it's worse after I shave. It never goes away it just seems like it gets worse. I have tried everything, I tried exfoliating, which helped some but was only temporary, nothing completely gets rid of it. I just want smooth skin like on the rest of my legs, I think that it also makes me more likely to cut myself on that side because of the bumps. I guess what I need is a miracle solution. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me, please.

Tend Skin is the way to go. It's made specifically for razor burns and bumps.
