Default i have psoriasis,
i am glad the weather has finally gotten warm enough for shorts. i have psoriasis and i am using medication from the doctor but i think the sun has helped me more than the medicines. of course the cream helped to stop the itching but the sun seems to shrink the lesions. i allow only 15 minutes a day to heal my legs. something seems to be working, keep your fingers crossed for me.

i found that head and shoulders shampoo help the lesions on my head along with the sun.
